I’m Charlotte, an integrative therapist with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Registered member of the BACP, with over 16 years of experience working with both young people and adults. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients, creating a personalised, flexible, and compassionate space for healing and growth.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in both community and private practice settings. My work with adolescents has included one-to-one therapy and group workshops, with a focus on anger management, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and self-harm. I’ve partnered with organisations such as Youth Empowerment and Hounslow Youth, alongside my private work, to help young people feel heard, empowered, and supported through life’s complexities.
With adults, my experience includes working for several charities including Women in Prison as well as in private practice. I support clients in navigating emotional struggles, building healthier relationships, and addressing addiction, both in individual sessions and group settings. I have a particular interest in helping clients explore the deeper issues that may underlie current challenges, such as trauma, attachment wounds, or long-standing patterns.
I believe that therapy thrives within a trusting, safe, and non-judgmental relationship. I work gently and at your pace, offering a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling with relationships, or processing painful past experiences, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and greater self-understanding.
I'd love to hear from you. Feel free to call or email me for more information.
